Yeah, still down for me too. The time has been changed to 2:00 AM for me. So another 45 minutes.

They must be making an emergency run for more rubber bands, bubble gum, duct tape and hamster food for the servers. They still aren't up and it is 40 mins past this last update on the eta.

They use some sort of UCT standard I think,and its way off of what pacific time is. I'm too lazy to look it up tho...

finger, if it states UTC time then it is UTC time. For android they changed it to show the time in your time zone. If you based it on the time, let's say 21:00 hours and thought that was UTC, then it would not be fixed until tomorrow, early evening.
