It's like going to a hospital when you're sick, then getting turned away at the reception desk, saying "I know how it feels".

What is even more frustrating are the CS responses that still blame our devices. Our alliance went from almost non-existent crashes prior to the update, to multiple crashes per war after the update. Our devices have not changed. Nexon please admit there is a problem on your end, and stop blaming your customers. Everyone can clearly see there is a problem associated with the update, and it is unlikely to fix itself.

Is it normal to play a war in its conditions?
Is it normal that you ignore this problem without giving any answer?

I just lost two war attacks again and for the second time since the upgrade. Both within first 10 seconds as I was dropping troops. No warning, no spinning circle, game servers just booted. This started as one of the best strategy games, but I may have to drop game unless resolved. Customer Service is only stock answer and therefore worthless.

I tried to upload screen shoot of error message as game designers requested and of course I get a too large file size error.

So poor...

and now I can't post because 0 photo's posted. I had to copy and repost.

Multiple crashes in our wars - and I really get cheesed off when it happens to the leader! me! A five star attack and we get credited two stars. When are all these crashes going to be fixed?!!
