Sharing Raids So We Can Help Newcomers

My alliance is built on newcomers who are farming and growing strong and i would like to have the ability to share a raid with the alliance so they can see how to raid correctly in order to maximize efficiency in raiding for loot or medals whichever they would like to learn. But having the ability to show my raids to my allies would be a great feature
