I can't log in I can't get into the game, it's just loads and loads. I can't get into my account. I'm playing on an iphone and have uninstalled game and re-installed it. No luck. But when I log into my other gamecenter account (one of my kid's accounts), I can play the game from the beginning. I don't mind starting over since I am only a couple of weeks in, but I need some help. is it possible to delete my user account in the game servers and start over with my gamecenter ID? i don't want to have to switch ID's all the time in order to play.

Basically you are stuffed. I don't think you can delete your account that's attached to your Game Center. The problem is at the Nexon/BHG end. Only Nexon can fix your account. You need to file a report directly with them. I had the same problem, it took them about 6 days to fix it. A player in my alliance was locked out of the game for 5 weeks before his account was restored. Good luck!
