DominationsWorld on Windows 11 Pro: Stuck at the loading screen on Google Chrome browser

It gets stuck at the splash screen after downloading all the component in DominationsWorld on Google Chrome browser on Windows 11 Pro PC.

Chrome Version 122.0.6261.112 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Please help!!

It works well on my iPad during past 8 years. But when I tried DominationsWorld, it can't get into the game. It stuck at the splash screen, with music.

Same problem after the last server issue 2 days before. Game hanging on Loading-Screen (Win 10, Google Chrome). Nothing happen. Loading bar has 0%. Worked fine on android mobile.

Same here - some of my accounts load, some don't. it's always the same after an update. i don't understand why they can't get the pc version to work and obviously don't pay attention to it...

This is happening again. It happened, went away, and is back. I play 5 accounts. All day yesterday I had the problem on 2 accounts but not the other 3. This morning, the 3 that worked yesterday still worked, but as of about an hour ago, the game launch fails on all 5.

My accounts run on two Windows machines. One is an Alienware/Dell with 32 gB of RAM and an i7 12th gen Intel CPU and an NVidia graphics chip. The other is a Microsoft Surface Laptop 7 with the new Qualcomm processor. The OS is updated as are the browsers. The same failures occur on Chrome, Firefox and Edge. I have tried clearing caches, clearing cookies, exiting the browsers, rebooting the computers, switching networks, switching displays, changing security settings and several other troubleshooting ideas that failed to make a difference.

A small fix went out earlier today, if you are still unable to log in please share that with our CS team.

Thanks for the notification and the fix.
Have you considered sending us something prior to this, along the lines of "hey, just letting you know we're working on this" ??
I remember in another post @nobodyknowsthetrouble asking about advance notice and it's always appreciated when we get it.

We couldn't make an advance notice as this was an error the team began working on first thing this morning. Information was shared as soon as it was ready and able. No download was necessary, and it affected the PC version of DomiNations only.

I'm not asking to be told what day you're working on it but something along the lines of "this is an issue we're aware of and will be working on this soon" is what I meant.
Presumably you had this planned on your agenda as opposed to waking up this morning and deciding to fix it today.

Actually, we woke up yesterday morning and saw that the game was down for some folks and it needed fixing. Dev team is not 24/7 sorry.

So you woke up and saw the game was down for some folks? The multiple posts in the forum - from the folks - didn't give you a clue?
Apologies, I didn't mean for it to come across as sarcasm; you presumed we planned the fix and I was clarifying that we didn't until that morning.

The multiple posts on the forum we also saw that morning, which then led to us getting to work on a fix as quickly as possible. If there are issues like this in the future, the best way to get help is to report them to the CS Team. The forums are an 'in addition to' but always CS Team first.
