Stuck at loading screen

Hi,

Can't get into the game, either on IOS or Android.
Using an Ipad air 2 and an HTC one M9, internet is perfectly working and both devices are updated.
Tried to clear date/cache on Android, but the game crashes as soon as it gets linked to my account.
Reinstalled on IOS but gets stuck at loading screen again !!!

My ingame name is Parum.
There seems to be a huge number of people having the same issue.

I have the same issue on iPad, just sits on the loading screen and eventually says unable to contact server. If I leave it I get a pop up 'are you there' message as well after a while.

Looks like this started in a mass lately. I had the same issue yesterday with galaxy s6 edge+. Contacted customer support. The said they are working on it. They will ask for your Village name, Village Age, Nation, Alliance name, account starting date. Provide those info when asked. Thanks.
