I am stuck on the Load screen as well. Played the game for a week and really enjoyed it but if this cannot be resolved will have to delete. Saw someone ask for the info below. Hope this helps diagnose the issue.

To confirm, when you say "first logo" you are referring to Nexon M? Can get past Big Huge Games logo then to load screen (progress bar stuck on 25%)
Can you elaborate on the "shutting down" behaviour you observe (e.g. you are returned to your device's main menu)? No shutdown, just stuck
Do you receive any error message(s) and, if so, what do they read? Before Big Huge Games logo, keep getting "Cannot find internet" error even when connected to WiFi and I confirm that can connect to internet using all other apps.
What happens when you attempt to update the game? Same behaviour. Deleted game, restarted iPad, re-installed game, restarted iPad and multiple combinations of the previous. No luck.
