Space Age and university are linked?!

I see a guy who is looking at the sky through a telescope on top of university building!

To reach space age, will nexon make no. of researches mandatory, Like you should have 2 capstones to reach space age or something?!

If there is an option to utilize him to work on upgrades then it would be great, rather than looking at same place all the time!

Wouldn't be surprised. 2 capstones will take 4 years to research, and probably will take 2 years to max Atomic age and 3 more years for space age. It's ridiculous. They are putting all this effort into new stuff, but only 0.1% of the players will actually be able to use it in their lifetime.

They pretty much have to be. If you didn't start playing a year ago, there's no way you're going to even get close to mid-level space age in your lifetime.
