I want to start an alliance but I want to get a few people together before actually starting one. I want us to establish a method of communication and a way to share our ideas and tactics privately, like a forum. Being in the military, for me it's all about being organized and having a few guidelines. I want us to have appointed advisors (ex. War Advisor, Resource Advisor, Defense Advisor, and so on if we come up with others). These advisors will be in charge of ADVISING, not mandating, ideas and such to our members. They will be in charge of researching the best methods for their field and providing it to the rest of the alliance once all advisors approve of an idea or method. Advisors will also act as a council, enacting forum rules and such. We want will want active and communicative players, so all members will be suggested to us by any member and approved by 5 or so recruiters. Like I said, I'm all about structure, organization and doing things in a way that will benefit the group as a whole. To start out, I want to get a group of like 10, people. Then we can start appointing advisors and recruiters based on what we think their strengths are. Then we can start recruiting more people. Any one up for this?
