Starting a new game

I play on my iPad and Iphone; is there a way to start over? I've tried deleting the game, even starting a new gamecenter account but it seems the game is linked to my devices

well, someone posted a guide on reddit, u need bluestacks tho, and a new mail account or something

Ive tried BlueStacks and its very buggy. But it is possible to switch between several accounts with one device but u have to start it over to the other device

Support as in its against the rules or technical-wise? Because I can switch between accounts just fine using 1 device
