Stat discrepancies

To whomever it may concern,

I just noticed a few discrepancies in the hitpoints of certain building types.
Take a look.

Here, the game is offering me to upgrade my level 5 farm to level 6.
Note how the hitpoint total should be 1,416 + 40 = 1,456.



However, when I tap on my adjacent level 6 farm, the data shown is the following:



Notice how the hitpoints are set to 1,464.


I can certainly imagine that as the official release is yet to come, these values (as well as other structures) are still in somewhat of a flux, as a means of balancing out the nations for the actual launch.
However, if that is not the case, I'm curious to find out as to what may have caused this.
Naturally I've done a preliminary check, no bonuses whatsoever currently apply to these structures in my base.
