Statue of Liberty and Transports

I've found throughout the forum that the Statue of Liberty does nothing to help Transports and Paratroopers. While I can live with as things are (I have Statue of Liberty and happens to choose Transport in my tactics), I'd like to propose some buffs that this Wonder could grant to the third Airstrip choice, too.

1. It could expand the airstrip units buff to the Paratroopers, considering them as "air units"
2. It could add a 4th Paratrooper to the existing three
3. It could reduce the cooldown of the paradropings
4. It could reduce Transport air space by 1

Think option 2 is my pick. Considering Paratroopers having high HP, having an extra one would allow for another body on the ground.

I agree transport is not used a lot now that I’m in higher ages but used to love then in global and early Atomic age. A reduction of 1 space would be great for higher levels maybe not make it an option until CWA
