Stolen Crowns by Dominations

It seems that Dominations is in the practice of reseting upgrades that were purchased with crowns with no compensation to the player. I purchased, with crowns, my second plane. The next day the Dominations game, during a regular battle, removes all my troops, mercs and resets my air field back to one plane. Contacting CS only results in them attributing the problem to game crashes. I had just spent 1400 crowns to get my 2nd plane and CS justifies 100 crowns as a proper reimbursement. Dominations does not like cheating, but they consider it fair if they cheat me out of the money I spent to purchase those crowns. They do not consider it improper game play to have players pay for the same upgrade twice. I am texting this so that other players will seriously think twice about purchasing any future crowns from Dominations. I have a great alliance and I will not bail on them. I enjoy this game very much but am really disappointed in the way they handle company theft. This has taught me to never again purchase crowns from this game. If, by some chance the CS department properly resolves this I will follow up on this post. As of now, all I receive is CS replies of "tough luck".

I agree completely. However, I would add that you probably have justification for a credit card dispute or a dispute on the purchase with Google/Apple. If you lost what you purchased because of the game then you don't have it and are justified in a payment dispute.

I am really trying to work with the Dominations CS and get this resolved fairly. I am currently chatting to my 4th CS support person. She wants some detailed information about the incident, but the last time I took the time to give them all the game glitch information they did not compensate me in any way. I am not here to be a tester for their developers, so I asked her exactly what her intentions are for me giving her all this info. The thing about that is that I have already forwarded that info to the earlier CS support. My next step is to contact Google Play support and see if they can help me in any way.

Unfortunately, it is not simple math. It involves advanced theory of calculus and big data analysis with a pinch of chaos theory. In Nexon world, 1+1 is not equal to 2.

I haven't had anything like this, but based on disappearing tactics and other annoying glitches, I'm not surprised.

I am pretty sure that a wormhole has been generated by the crash protection algorithm. It sucks down tactics, upgrades, troops etc and spits them out in some alternative universe where they are edible and provide valuable nutrition for large, gaseous hyperspace-dwelling aliens.

After these various items are digested, the aliens produce a loud gaseous, mind-altering somewhat addictive excretion which is returned via the wormhole straight back into our iphones...thus, to retain your sanity, you may want to keep some distance between yourselves and your phone when playing this game...

Or maybe that was BV123 again... sheesh, they should really consider keeping large farm animals out of the forum...

I tried to work with the Domination CS, but it seems that there policy is to keep passing you off to another CS in the hope that you will give up. I had given up a long time ago in the hope that they would do the right thing. So, after being handed off to several more CS, all requesting the same information, I sent this last text. I know it is not being professional, but enough is enough:
