Suddenly lost buildings, layout and buildings downgraded. Whats happened ??

Hi, I have been playing Dominations this morning with no issues. Then i returned to the game only to find my village was a completely different layout. Ive lost buildings, other buildings have downgraded and the land aquired has changed layout. Very frustrating, is this a bug or will i have to start pretty much again? Has anyone else suffered this. Im on an ipad 3 with retina display, ive logged out , rebooted and game does not go back to original layout. Annoyed as spent money on this game and now ive lost out. Cheers. Garry

You should contact customer support. Your mileage may vary. Some reported getting their base back in 2 days, some haven't gotten their base back despite waiting for weeks.

Hello, I too have lost my village. I have the DomiNations version 1.5.67, using apple IPad latest version. 9 days ago I had just update the latest version 2-3 days before and had just raided, when I lost my village, went from level 68 to 33 with much reduced village. I'm still waiting for my village. Can anyone tell me when I can get my village back?

Same here with my town. Logged in today and found a totally different town. Already contacted support. Last time I contacted support for a different matter, it only took 5 weeks to get a response. Fortunately that time reason contacting support was not such urgent...

I lost mine tonight...nice when the alliance leader is downgraded to lower than what it takes to join the alliance. Argh. Contacted support in app, we'll see what happens. This is just nuts. I've seen it happen to others in older versions of the game, Throught this crap was fixed. Wow...bad, bad, bad.

Same problem. I was playing this afternoon with my Iphone ver 1.5.67 latest one. Few hours later I logged back on but cant believe in my own eyes. Everything has been changed. I was level 65 and now its 35. Back then i was upgrading a caravan and a farm to level 8 and catapult limit. Its about to finish. Dont know if this will be fixed or not

​UPDATE: In less 2 hours, customer service responded. In less than 12 hours my nation was back + a little compensation for the inconvenience. I call that good service

I am experiencing the same issue right now. Logged in earlier this aftenon to find I was downgraded from level 59 to 20. I now show 2 town centers and completely different layout. Pretty infuriating since I actually drop money on this game from time to time. Contacted support and still no response.

Did you send them email (if so which email is that)? Or did you contact them using the in-game interface?

Have been waiting for almost 2 weeks here and still haven't gotten my village back. I call that "what-the-heck-is-going-on service".
