Is the TC level 6 or 7 for the Medieval Rush? And how does Instant Upgrade works? As long as I have the required resource and free workers, the time required to upgrade the specified TC will be zero(0) ?

Good eyes, Jester! The discounted town center is for the next Age (beyond the rush). So, Classical Rush has a discount on the Medieval Town Center, and Medieval Rush has a discount on the Gunpowder Town Center (level 7).

You are correct. The instant upgrade works the same way it works upgrading walls. Have the resources and the workers, tap to upgrade, and your villagers are free to move onto other projects building up the next age!
