Yeah, out of 2 drops, I now have 20 gold shipments... less gold than I get in one typical raid... nice gesture, but it would have been nice if they had been more consistent and better.

Ya free stuff that you can easily get in the game. It’s their damn 3 year anniversary the drops should be awesome things that you can’t get easily in the game. Resources shouldn’t even be in them. I get better troop cards from league bonuses. It’s a little insulting opening a drop and getting 5 small oil shipments with less oil then one of my wells can produce.

I don't think any of the developers actually realize how useless and small "gargantuan" shipments are at later ages. It's really more of an insult than a gift. If you want to give the players a gift, actually do it. Enough with the randomized casino stuff, especially for a free gift!
