Suspicious Player Activity NEEDS MODERATOR ATTENTION

I don't complain much about cheaters but wanted to bring this player to attention. So I was scouting bases in our new war and found that the number 1 player of German Warfare named Dues has many things that do not look right. First of all they have 2 airstrips and 3 bombers which is impossible to have since there are only 4 plane spaces in Global Age and should only be 1 airstrip. HE also has 11 houses and extra wallls. The next thing is that they are completely maxed on defenses, walls, and generals which means they would have had to spent 100,000 or more USD to do so. My main concerns though are that he cheated to get 2 airstrips and max his defenses. There is no way that he spent about 100k USD to max out his defenses, walls and generals.You can see full town in post below where I added more pictures of regular base

Always report to Customer Support. They don't like cheaters either but you must give them time to review the account.

Maybe you have not seen some Thread before, several Bases were still active even after they have been investigated for a long time.. of course this one was really obvious cheating, but all those bases with maxed walls minutes after the new age was released are still active...

I guess you have an account for yourself? Just get to 2300-2500 medal range and you will notice when hunting how many bases are suspicious...

a good 10-15% of the bases at 2500+ medals are obvious cheaters.  You really want your mailbox that full?

I thinik there's also some bug in the suspicious activity detection, because every day when I start the game, it instantly closes again, with a message about suspicious activity being detected. This is weird because I've never done anything even remotely suspicious, and the second time I start the game it always works normally.

Try reporting this to Nexon and they can take a look into the matter

I get that too once a day. My device is new, just bought it, android 5.1, not rooted. There's nothing else installed on it besides Dominations and the soft that came with it. And yet, there's something suspicious and it boots me out of the game. I must restart the device every time so i can play again.
I did notify CS about the problem and they told me to uninstall all the other programs i might have, which i don't.

So it has been 11 days and Deus is still playing. 2 airstrips, 11 houses and who knows what else, but Nexon refuses to deal with him. Doesn't this bother anyone else?

From what I heard he was banned for just 3 days. Now he is back to playing and still able to ahve extra workers and planes.

Don't kick him from the alliance, we can't monitor him if we don't know which alliance he is in.

Not all first time violations warrant a perma-ban. If the user continues to violate the game rules then we will take further action.

I agree! I have reported numerous obvious cheaters with no real resolution. I even sent moderators here pics to forward from an Asian alliance that were full of cheaters all of which are still active. I have basically just given up reporting.

H@rry is no longer part of German Warfare he posted a message in boards saying he was banned and is trying to get his account back. Seems like they just let DUES back after his 3 day ban

Is there any way to remove his extra air strip and houses so he can't use them. He now can use 3 bombers which he is doing as I have checked multiple times. This also gives him an unfair edge in pvp and war battles

Thanks for bringing this to my attention but its extremely important that cheaters are reported to Customer Support. The forums are not the best avenue for this issue. While I'm always available via PM, make sure to plug that CS report too! Many times it has happened that there wasn't a ticket submitted, we depend on you guys and gals!

EDIT: Also wanted to add that when reporting, PLEASE provide details. Don't just say "cheater cheater pumpkin eater", tell support if its an extra Town Center, too many towers, etc.
