Tactics Blessing

Tactics Blessing is applying the time reduction to the first tactic in query and then reverts to the original build time for the rest of the queried tactics. Cancelling and restarting the tactics build has no effect.

Hmm, I ran one yesterday (about 12 hours ago) and it worked fine.
