First of all, sorry for insulting muet and tell him to fuck off! Well he needs to for the crap of a job he is doing but this is the not the time for that. Instead, I wish to thank him!

Been playing dominations for a long time in top 100 alliance. Trying to put up with cheaters using 4 vickers war in war out by 60-90% of the alliance gets tiring. I basically 'quit' like 3 days ago...
Here is what this has achieved:

- I will stop buying a monthly mobile data package. Saving myself about $15 per month in the process!
- No crowns/pass/troops purchase.
Time gains:
Man not raiding has been great. No war planning, no waring. No constant logging! Thanks for your Training blessing 'bug', your inpetitude at fixing it, not replying to forum threads, not giving answers on your crappy excuse of a twitch stream cut me off from the game.
- Much much more time to do other stuffs.

You could ask yourself why am I still posting there? Well, I am bored at work. hehe!
Finally done with the game!!

Our alliance just lost a 4 or 5 year non stop player today also. Game isn't going in the correct direction for so many people.
Our alliance also found a cheater in our team with 90% of buildings under construction. We are unsure if he got reported correctly because it's so hard sending pics in to cs.
Players with hundreds of citizens pull the enjoyment from our team. Less overall chat and less participate in wars. The game updates but players leave in unprecedented numbers

I havw reduced my playing time by 50% since months. I am not missing it, as all the fun is gone with this game. I miss the game BEFORE the stronghold, museum, silo, ...

I am lvl 275, trying to reach the artificial ceiling of 285 to go DA get get more content. Oil is maxed. So is gold & food storage. Every 4 days I upgrade a farm (1mill gold, one raids' worth), or start a new General upgrade to waste some oil). This should last about 3-4 months. I'm so underwhelmed by this game now. Players loyalty is now getting tested by this VIP Store - no communication by Management about its purpose or objectives. Just another P2W option for those left with money to burn.

I’m setting targets that have nothing to do with what the game wants me to do, like upgrade all my generals to highest level, so, basically, I am ignoring the new features

Mountainking like you I’m not playing thanks to the fine job carried out by Muet. So for that, I should also thank Muet for allowing me to be more productive with my free time. I’m just going to dip into the forums from time to time to see how far down the drain Muet can flush the game.

Sometimes I wonder how much we truly know as no doubt others (e.g., management (Tim Train?)) make many of the decisions but we never see those people; and instead only the folks we do see here are called out publicly in forums or otherwise.

I've never worked in the gaming industry but am certain that private management make decisions that public facing grunts must deal with (else lose their jobs) in other fields. Can't say that's what is happening here, but it's something to consider.

Well the grunts are the face of the company. It may also just be a coincidence that the game’s deterioration has grown since Muet joined.

For sure the decision is done by the management, nethertheless the people we are asking are acting for them. That is what they paid for.

It's possible management wanted to go in direction X while the existing lead did not agree. So, they quit or were fired; and replaced. Someone new to a job does not know all the details of previous actions, nor the history of everything, and also needed a job. This is pure speculation of possibilities based on something I've seen in my bubble in the real world on multiple occasions (in much different fields, though).

Guess my main point here is rather than focus on individuals, it's likely more realistic to focus on the organization.
