The real reason the game is at this state is because of you - its players, NOT Nexon. 1 Bug occurs and everybody is like “oh, we aint spending money on this game anymore”. Well, has it come to your conclusion that by not spending the company will register no profits, which will result in people getting fired, the programming team will get smaller and more overwhelmed with tasks, and will most definitely burn out, before they decide the game is not profitable and shut it down. YOU are killing the game, NOT actually helping!

If you loved it so much, YOU should have continued spending even more money. The interest will grow, Nexon will invest more money in their programming team and things will get better. Thats how you will get a better game, not by complaining and stopping the money flow.

What a joke. If a company is making a lot of money, nothing says they'll put the profits back into R&D, they can also just keep it for them and their shareholders. And money is not the problem here, they have enough cash flows. It's about putting competent people at the right place and having a well-thought process for delivering a software. Patch 6.7 was clearly rushed out of the door, unannounced, release notes posted after the patch was out when they normally do it 1 week before. You could have more money but if you don't know what to do with it, you'd still have a bad product.

Use your logic to apply in another situation. Lets say if there is a restaurant suddenly start providing very bad food and some customers dont like it. Your genius suggestion is to ask people who have complaints to spend even more money in order to make the restaurant employ a better cook. But do you realize that if the restaurant see that they are making more profits after providing bad food, to them it just simply means the restaurant is doing very good. It just encourages them to keep on doing bad.

I think a better analogy is a restaurant serving 'some' dishes that are bad.
There are plenty of good dishes so we stick to those.

Oh I'm supposed to spend more money on the company that makes 100s of Millions of $$$ on one game but can't even verify their patch before releasing it.... To their credit they got the hot fix working and fixed the visibility on the App Store but at no point should we have to be silent about our unhappiness especially if we've already paid for the service.

MartoBeatz you clearly don't understand how capitalism works.... If a service is not delivered on time and to the quality expected we reserve the right to refuse payment. And you are one of the paying customers who said you have as much right to voice your opinion as everyone else, so don't tell the rest of us we don't have the right to voice our concerns. I'm not taking responsibility for a $2B company screwing up their game and pissing off players, no sir that is not the players fault for bad management and delivery.

As I have said before if Nexon wants to raise revenue they need to increase the player base. Following Blizzard's example could allow them to continually provide more content. There are literally thousands of players that would pay 5, 10, 20, even 50 a month on a subscription that gave a guaranteed number of speed ups, troop tactics, and other rss. Also, World of Warcraft allows a one time $80 payment to advance from lv 1 to lv 110 (of 120) with a comparable set of gear. Why does Nexon only offer 3 citizens for $50 instead of a package to advance from Dawn Age directly to Atomic Age?

You also forgot that The Bible says not to pass judgement on others..... That's God's responsibility not yours. The Bible also teaches us to be excellent. It's not unreasonable to voice our concerns when this game is changed and we the players demand excellence from the company we paid money to.

Instead you place blame on the paying customer and not on Nexon. You allow Nexon to be slothful but preach to us about being unappreciative... right just keep using your faith as a bludgeon to take the moral high ground over "forum whiners".
