Does the estate is a permanent building or do I have to buy a new one every time when I am moving to a different Age?

The Estate is a permanent building that adds 3 citizens to your base, regardless of your Age.

I want more builders too. Preferably more houses that can be bought with gold but if not then another estate that can also be bought with crowns.

I could buy the estate but I never will do it, the price is just f*cked up, 54,99 € (= 64,71 $), this is the biggest nonense I've ever seen in this game ...

You make it sound like I'm a criminal. I enjoy the game, I've been playing Dominations from the first week it was released. What is so wrong about spending money on things you like? I get to support the developer and the publisher, and I get a little something back as well to maximize my enjoyment.
