The missing war loot fiasco

My war loot disappeared into nowhere again. OK! I know that nexon will compensate it with 300 crowns. BUT this is worthless! My war loot was 700k res and 5k oil. Let's not talk about the time i have to spend farming those amounts. I had 500 oil short of upgrading my factory and the game asked me to exchange that oil with 45 crown. So do the math! 500 =45 --> 5000=?
You see? That compensation ISN'T even enough for the oil I lost, let alone my food/ gold and time.
You guys at Nexon need to fix this, either increase the crowns or simply fix this freaking bug.

So redonkulous! This happened to Bobean who is our leader and the reason why we play this damn glitchy game. I have spent way too much on crowns here. I am boycotting them now until you get your act together. Feel free to delete this post and pretend I don't exist like you did the last. Or...stop shooting the messenger and fix this game.

I lost war loot, too. I'm not happy about it, either. Especially, since it takes a long time to build up my oil reserves.

I lost close to the same amount, too. It never appeared in my command post, after war.

I lost war loot last night. They think 300 crowns covers it..a real joke. I lost over 800k food and 800k gold plus over 5000k oil. I had donated extensively to the war map. I also supplied troops to allies. I hired mercenaries for crowns. Do they honestly believe 300 crowns is anything like what has been lost or spent? My teammates got their loot and I got a slap in the face.

The stupidity of their thinking that 300 crowns is recompense is what gets me. Talk about being misers. You spend 4 times as much..put in the effort and get nothing but an idiotic response. Do they actually know who spends real money on the game or how much time and effort is legitimately spent gaining that much in resources? I have come to the conclusion that they employ robots who have no powers of discretion. This is not customer service but a script.

This is something Ive answered so many times. If you go into the war screen as its about to close, closing or close to closing you WILL lose your war loot. Same with the command post. Simply stay well away as the war winds down. Simple.

I was online when war ended and was expecting not to get any loot. I didn't at the time, but when I re-logged in I was pleasantly surprised that I got my loot.

Funny thing is, when we win I have to stay clear while it counts down the final bit or I get zip, but if we lose whether Im checking or not, Ill get the loot for 2nd place hahaha
