on those milestones i saw the mythical and heroic recruit card made me want to know... they must start selling these to get better council cards.

Mythical and Heroic Recruitment packs are only earnable in the milestone rewards for the time being. We currently have no plans to sell these packs.

these exist show you that you need more free summons to "maintain" (is it the right word?) the update cause 4 a day isnt enough and to improve their odds on the other packs in regards to higher rarities.
also are their plans to add more comittees for the other councilers and plans to add more cause a collection festure indicates this (either 4 or 14 more councillers for 20 or a tleast 30 total).
