The rewards of offerts dissapear

The offerts of playing other games for Crowns dissapear, un my case and some others of my Alliance, were waiting for the Crowns acreditation.
And now, the offerts directly dissapear.
Please fix it

I'm a little disappointed with the offers situation. I started a couple and unfortunately finished them when the offers system went down. I doubt I will receive credit for them (appx 3000 crowns). Is there any update on whether this is a temporary situation or whether it is permanently being removed?

I've completed 2 offers in the last few days and got the rewards, even though my menu is gone.
Nevertheless I hope its not permanent.

It weird not only did they remove it but during the last time it was there, they disabled it with 2 days left. I went to try and do an offer being it was double crowns but logging in, it said no offers even though it did fall under the time line.
