There seems to be problem with accessing to game in South Korea

Starting from May, many reported having problem accessing to game in South Korea
Users thought there must be problem with the device(phone) or the account(Facebook, Gmail, Twitter)
However, regardless of the device or the account, they couldn't get past the loading screen
Application just collapses without knowing why. Many tried various ways like restarting the phone itself, or deleting application and reinstalling, but they were all of no use.
Those who suffer from the problem keeps growing in numbers, andd Korean server forum is filled with complaints regarding this issue, but the forum managers are having no replies / announcements.
In June 2nd, Korean server forum managers uploaded announcements about only Facebook account users, which seems to work only to few.
There are still many enthusiastic DomiNations leaders who are having trouble accessing to the game, and they are even thinking of stopping their play of DomiNations.
I hope this issue reach development team FAST and hope to receive reply SOON, as I cannot stand my favorite game lose its players.

Seraphine ......Any latest update on this matter?

Fyi: I still get logged out of the game after 60secs of logging in if I'm on Data. Everything is fine if I'm on WiFi tho. So it cannot be my device. Checked with my service provider....no such connectivity issue on their end either. This is greatly cramping my play time as 80% of the time I play using my data plan.

At this time I don't have any news. The team is still actively looking into this issue. BV123 have you reached out to support already about this issue with the questions listed in the Known Issues thread for connection issues? If not, please do. :)

Yes I have. Multiple times already. I still get the "we are still looking into it" message. It's so frustrating not being able to play a game that I had invested money and so much time into. =(

Glad you've sent in the info. Much appreciated!

At this time neither I or Support have any further info while the dev team looks into the issue. There will be an update once there's more info, so keep your eyes out! :)
