Third Anniversary Event Impossible

At first glance it looks fun....until you run the math.

The first goal is 2 million points...the last goal is 5 million points.

You are awarded ONE measely point per 5 star attack in multiplayer attack or WW attack.

Now the reality...

To get the first goal that means you need 2 million attacks in 30 days. A typical attack is rough 2 minutes.. That 4 million minutes of play...but there is only 43,200 minutes in the month.

TinSoldier i am sorry but this is a ludicrus event hurdle and completely impossible to even get the first goal. Can you clarify this event please? Does everyones points count towards everyones goal? (i.e. other players 5 star hits count towards my goal as well?)

That's what I understood too. Collectively, as a community, we need to cross those milestones is what I understood.

This is supposed to be the entire community. So the stars from everyone playing the game count.

Obviously they know the historical stars per month by the community. Acting like we have any real say in it is just a fantasy. They have already chosen a value to get the result they want.

It's pretty obvious this is a community-wide event.
Don't know which sources you're getting these from, you also missed the mark claiming that the Soviet Power Plant is permanent.

Yeah, clearly a community event. What I'm wondering is if they will offer some kind of in-game tracker for the event.

yup i missed the power plant mark no doubt about that. no one is perfect. i made the mark on cwa release down to the day though when i predict it in summer of ages though.

I imagine they will, but what would be the benefit of a live in game tracker? even at 2M points thats more than 3/sec. no way to even see your own contribution at that pace.

Yes thats where i saw it. It wasnt very clear to me though.

it looks like the tracker is on the notification. It hasnt budged so its actually scary being that its a community event. it doubles as a pulse for the game so if it doesnt move much it really means not alot of active players.

My understanding of this event is 2 to 5 mil points from all players but u get 1 point for every 10 stars. So it may take some time, for example:
-raiders got 0 stars per attack,
-top AA and CWA players in multi can get 3-4 stars max and have to wait to retrain most of their armies,
-lately there's not much resources in game so not encourage raiding that much,
-etc.

So if we want to reach the 5 mil goal - all players must drop medals to 200 and 5 star every single base out there with or without resources.
All players from this forum should be enough to reach 5 mil goal that way

But:
1. What are the rewards for reaching each milestone, is it even worth extra effort?
2. Where can we see points in real time?
3. And do we trust Nexon/BHG can count points correctly and don't cheat us?

EDIT:
Oh, and one more - wouldn't it be great if cheaters could cheat this event and got us 5 mil points instantly, LOL

No problem, just saying, sometimes it's better to think it through and weigh in possibilites before assuming the worst of the options, it would be completely unrealistic to count these points at the individual level.

Like I said, I doubt they are actually counting stars. It's fairly predicable from historical data anyway. They will simply release all the tier rewards on a pre-determined time schedule, nothing more.
