Third armory slot

With all these rebalancings taking place we need to switch to factory troops, which means a lot of armory upgrades for troops and tactics. And we also have coalitions, probably upgrades for a newly rebalanced barrack troops and, as it has always been - an infinite general upgrading. I, personally, feel that armory once again became a bottleneck with all that stuff. Give us a third armory slot, please.
