Medal imbalance. Because high medals players only receive one medal and can lose up to 40 per attack, high level players rush the tc. Combined with the fact that factory and airstrip no longer work with training blessing (awful!) top players do not attemp five star attacks because they lose too many medals on defense, lose too many if they fail. This is why Knights hit nerfed. Players could just rally to tc and win. They can do it with raiders too. This is why we can't have nice things. And I haven't even covered cheating...

I think they should have let Training Blessing affect the factory. But then... we can't really have free fun with this game, fun must be paid. Anytime, anyone shares something that is fun... it will with no fail end-up with nerfs.

Yes, at least someone starts to understand the problem too. But the real reson is not medals, players still would do the same. The problem is rally which allows sniping and will never allow us having good units without being OP or deeper combat tactics. Rally + AI priorities is a bad mix on the long term, imo

Which ones? Those ones which have rally, they don't have priority targeting AI. Those two are a bad bad mix

Boom beach has flares, which are similar. Works for that game because most units are dead by the time they get to the hq

Siegefall is totally different. Try old good tiny troopers:alliances and you'll see how troop control made right works

Well, there are squads, attack from 1 side and targeting per squad, not global rally...

Rally was fine before they "fixed" it so all your units could hit a single wall piece. Once walls became meaningless against snipes that's when Nexon started nerfing units.

I think all these problems were hard to predict actually. But rally opens sniping unlike it is in CoC, so it creates all these issues and makes them nerf units. Units should target one wall piece and it's right imo. If they just nerf units to block sniping... They will be twice weaker than now or even more

Boom beach, siegefall, command and conquer all have rally entire army to location. Attack from one direction and squads doesnt make a difference

I think it makes huge influence for siegefall where you also may rally squards and it's not even time based, so it's a totally different story.

Here we have CoC combat with one new feature which breaks tactics and balance. It's all IMO of course.

Siegefall has rally individual units to wherever u want before battle starts before the AI takes over once they reach the rally point. But then u have entire army rallys with no cooldown between rallies. So can zig zag however u want. And i didny rememeber but u say no time limit? And yet u think they cant balance dominations which is much more limited in how much control u have? On a different note i tried siegefall during the 3 weeks i couldnt log in. And i stopped playing as soon as dominations worked because siegefall is too heavy on the spells/heroes for my tastes. I also didnt like the one point of entry for the attack(too easy to stack defense at the entry point which no one seemed to do but they would have caught on eventually) and the super limited predetermined wall locations they gave u to choose from

Siegefall and rival kingdom (which is may be better) are having kinda fast pseudo-combats in comparison to CoC/Domi even if they have these rallies. One side attacks seem dull, indeed.

What I am trying to say is that from victory conditions to units AI/types, Domi is very similar to CoC, imo. They really debugged it, it seems. So, on top of that there is just rally in combat, which they couldn't do withoit multiple bugs and fix/predict all the issues it created in balance.

I am not saying that it's completely impossible to balance such combat, especially with all the data they have now, but I am affraid it would require global, big huge rebalance. Not just buff here/nerf there, it would require rebalancing every unit and def building.

There will be a overall rebalance. First to reign in raiders. Then to make combat work again which it doesnt

Correct, just hope they do it reverse order, make all combat work, then tinker with raiders - random nerfings results in bouts of game rage postings.

Like Ironman said: Jeez, people! :) Devs didnt say about raiders specifically, but about raiding as overall, imo. They are looking for ways how to attack training blessing, trust me, because they realized it now and in fact it beats every single feature in the game.

What you'd choose if you could have just one?
Training blessing or a pack of generals, tactics, mercs and all other blessings, factory and aircrafts? If you value the loot speed, TB is the right choice.
