Time it takes to max account, buildings/forrest only

Interesting, i didnt look closely eariler, but it actually takes longer time to fully max a GA base than it does an AA base, this is strictly due to the fact that GA has a lot more research to do than AA does. I fully expect to see a lot of AA research with the next leader.

Does anybody know what the max level is for an Atomic base will all buildings/library fully upgraded? The highest level I've come across is 264, and it did appear that all his buildings were maxed.
