Woohoo town has come back and all looks in order.

I had tried reinstalling app and messing about with layout editor as requested by CS.
Nothing happened but it came back about 10 hours afterwards on its own.

I still don't have my town back. Only a message from CS saying that they're investigating it.

Have you messed about with layout editor?

yes, i tried many things: installed fresh, tried 5 different devices, played around in the editor.
nothing helped. i fall down from lvl 189 to lvl 107. all missing buildings are in the shop. all researches are gone...
