transfer account

sorry for the question .. is it possible to transfer the account from "dominations asia" to "dominations global"? I tried to write to the Asian assistance but after 9 days they didn't answer me .... I was in Twain a year and I started playing with dominations asia now that I have to go back to Europe I wanted to continue using the account .... you can help me ??

You can't transfer Asia to Global account, vice versa, they run in different modules. You can still use Asia account in other countries. What device?

i understood what you mean ... thanks ... but the problem is not solved ... before leaving for Twain I played on global and I have an account ... then there in Asia I started another account convinced they could transfer to a single platform ... in addition on the same phone I can't install the 2 applications of dominations ... really there are no programmers able to solve the problem ??

countdown - Since there is no separate 'Asia server' and 'West server' trying to install both versions of the app could prevent your account from connecting correctly. If you have already reached out to our CS team and tried to convert your account and it doesn't work, please feel free to shoot me a private message and I would be happy to see if there's more I can do to help.
