Trap blessing consumed by decoy tactics even if damage is zero percent

I noticed that the trap blessing is consumed if an attacker uses a decoy on traps. It doesn't matter if the damage is less than 10% (trap blessing is supposed to be consumed only if damage is at least 10%). I had some attackers with tactical helicopters and raiders who caused 0% damage but used decoy on traps. I checked all attacks in my log and not one of those attacks caused enough damage to have the trap blessing consumed. However, after those attacks my trap blessing was gone. As a result, I lost almost 15.000 oil overnight, because with trap blessing gone my defense got useless. Please fix this.

EDIT:
Trap blessing is consumed regardless of the cause. It is not only in conjunction with decoy tactics. It is consumed by any kind of attack triggering a trap, regardless of damage percentages.
