OK, this has been bug for ages, you know when the look at your barracks and suddenly realise that one or more of them are stuck and no one is getting changed .
Well it a he'll of a lot worse since Atomic Age was realised, it happens to at least one of my barracks practically every time.
Oh and it makes no difference if I use the retrain button or do it manually, the bug still happens.
