Turk Beyligi are cheaters and we need help asap!

Not only they exploited the bug and filled our SH with crapy cards but also cheating with their coalitions. I'm attaching a video in my YouTube channel for you to see by yourself.
just take a look over their embassies levels (5 and below) and they all have level 7 coalitions which is impossible! Even 2 spots embassies have 3 level 7 coalitions which is even more impossible.

So, guess what CS did about it? Can you guess guys? Yes you are right! Absolutely NOTHING! They had all the evidences if front of their eyes but still they did nothing! Right now at this moment they are allowing these cheaters to attack us having lvl 7 coalitions while they even can't set them, to use extra troops above the limit and just to laugh about the whole community. I see you've moved this topic to bugs and known issues to further investigation. But I'm sorry, this kind of stuff MUST be at first banning these cheaters even before the war starts and only after that to investigate how they did that!

But for some reason with your "awesome" support Nexon, you were able to ZERO deal and help with it! After that, you expect us to keep investing in you with purchases with a real money while we have no actual support in real time and the only answers we get from your CS is "it is under investigation but we won't inform you about the results" or something like that. So, thank you very much dear Nexon for showing me and opening my eyes too about what is really important to you. No us, not the community, but only our $$$. You won't see another penny from me in the future and more than that, I'm gonna ask from Apple back every $ I've ever invested in you. Shame on you Nexon.

We had the same issue with the turkish alliance "Türkiye TSK *" and reported all evidence to CS and had various conversation with CS more than three weeks ago. The result: Non of the involved Players was banned and the Alliance is about to reach Top 100. I just can say: Shame on you Nexon and Shame noch you CS

It is policy not to discuss other players accounts.

When an Alliance or player is reported (to me or to CS) there is a surface level investigation before a deep dive on individual accounts can be done. We do look into all accounts that are reported. Several accounts have recently been passed to CS for further review. I'm sorry I can't offer more insight right now, but we do look into all of the claims brought against individuals and Alliances.

Our last war had the same issue. Industrial base had max coalitions! I reported it to customer service with screenshots and all. They did nothing. The player was not banned and was able to do his 2 attacks during the battle even though he was reported 12 hours before the war started. Nexon really doesn't care imo.

Sometimes, there are sales, where you can by these troop upgrades. In that case its possible, that he can train atomic troops with GA armory.

@TinSoldier: I can really understand, that you cannot discuss about other accounts or sanctions imposed. In our case (Cheating by the turkish alliance "Türkiye TSK *") I had a long conversation with CS, the last answer dates August 6th and states:

"Thank you for writing us back, this is Game Master Renz of Dominations Support Team taking over. First I would like to apologize for any inconvenience this matter has caused you and in your alliance. Also I really apologize if we make you feel that we really don't care about your concern or we didn't take your complaints seriously and we didn't meant that. We would like to inform you that we already investigated the issue and determined what further actions will be taken on their alliance as well as other players from their alliance. As we have mentioned to you in your previous conversation, due to security and privacy restrictions, we are unable to provide any additional information where it concerns the findings and related actions of our investigations. Also, I would like to inform you that we take cheating very seriously, and are working hard to rectify issues like these and put a sanction in every reported player(s) depending on the result of our investigation or violation made by player. Your kind consideration and full understanding regarding this concern of yours is well appreciated.

If you encounter possible cheater again in the future or if by any chance that you have other inquiry please don't hesitate and feel free to contact us again."

I do not want to know what action are taken on which player, but as I can visit the reported Alliance, I see, than no single action was taken in the last 6 weeks. Non of the cheating players were banned nor were any steps taken against the alliance, Meanwhile they are at 21'612 glory points and keep on going to the top.

So please do not tell me, that Cheating is taken seriously or you are working hard on those issues. The only conclusion I can draw of the CS' behaviour is, that it is the policy of Nexon to tolerate such kind of cheating. This is very frustating for all honest and fair players and is destroying this game.

TinSoldier, doesn't your team understand that this Alliance is hurting people? Everyday that go's by aliance after aliance is coming up against them in wars. They are all being cheated. We're talking about 100's of players over and over. Yet, your investigative team is taking their sweet time to resolve this. At least freeze them out of wars while you move in slow motion. Why does every single problem, bug and investigation of cheaters have to take months? Come on now. Let's get real here.
If your company truly cares about your players-customers you would move quickly on these issues. You know I'm right. So, what is really the problem? Either fix this and act on them or at least freeze them out of wars while you investigate this. Please stop imposing your companies lack of addressing this in a timely manner on us. It is hurting 100's of people. It's simply not fare nor is it good business policies. Take care of your customers.
