Yeah, all of that seems correct... I guess they update dom.pl randomly because when our previous leader quit in April, she had dropped off the site by June.
However, based on the way the devs play the game in the livestreams, I wonder if they aren't making the same errors in reading the data I was. It would account for the rebalance's progressive approach and their unwillingness to come off of it.
