Definately a cheat of some sort, impossible to have 2 wonders of the same era (Coliseum/Forbiden City, Brandenburg Gate/Statue of Liberty)

If I didn't know better I'd say he's got a few too many wonders. Neat trick...

So, what happens when people like this get caught cheating? Seems a penalty of some sort may be in order.
