Topic says it all.
Alliance is together over 2 years. Solid, mature players, no b*llsh*t. We have removed a few people lately that had over 30k lifetime donations, but became less active.
More details:
- We now have 24 members, out of which we consider 17 to be active and good. Strong attackers
- With 24 members we have been able to consistently do 15 member wars and the occasional 20 member war.
- We war back to back. Members can opt out obviously, but need to participate regularly. Obviously vacations etc mean longer opt out periods
- This means we have high war participation. If member joins a war, member must do both attacks.
- We allow only players above level 125. We kick new joiners that dont talk, dont donate and have poor bases. We also kick consistent underperformance in wars with little perspective of improvement.
- We have a LINE channel, but dont need much communication as members are experienced.
- Top 10 levels: 212, 210, 204, 199, 193, 185, 183, 182, 182, 176
- Timezone: mostly America's, few Europe.

Biggest challenge is to keep the same level of engagement with not much space to rotate. So we are looking for either a quality injection or a merger. Looking forward to see players join us in-game, or someone send me a message here, or on LINE (name: sandrobrasil) to discuss a merger.
