Unable to Add Friends - By Facebook or Search

Hi I am playing on sumsung 4, although I am having trouble adding friends, which are play in Ipad.

does any one have any recommendations to adding friends.

This is when you're searching for their ID with the 'Friends' function for alliances?

Yes i have tried searching their game name and facebook profile. Any recommendations that would be great.

Have you been trying to search for their full game name only? Try searching for, say, part/the first part of their game name as a means of comparison.
