unable to connect with the server

hello guys. im new to this forum. i have only just been given the chance to post a new thread.

i have just read that there was an MB last night and all problems should now be fixed. it also says that you should report any other issues you have through the in game support. what a joke. im not even able to get on the game to report it. i submitted a support ticket through this website a week ago and still no joy. i have toggled between wifi, 3g to see if there is an issue with my data connection. doesnt seem to be the case.

i have been playing coc for a couple of years and now all im doing is grinding walls so i want a fresh challenge.

any tips on how i can get on. ive even tried to delete the app and reinstall. still no joy

Moral of the story is, you're just as screwed as the rest of us having the same issue. Its not just you, and its not on your end. I've got tickets in too, and cannot get a reply. We're just supposed to remain patient, and pretty much keep playing Clash of Clans.

i cant understand these developers. how can they release something that doesnt work. even still how can they start advertisig when they know(or should do) that the servers cannot cope with the influx. if they dont get it sorted soon they will piss so many hardcore players off and they will just jump on the next band wagon. me included!

Developers basically just write the code. Most of the time, it is the sales people or the investors getting impatient and want things out as soon as possible - even if it means the system is buggy. When bad things happen, all the blame goes to the poor developers. :(

Weird, coz I don't experience this kind of problem ever since the release of the game. What kind of device and software update are you using?

im on 5s with the latest version. i got trhough all the turotial then gave up until i got home from work. then there was an update then all i got was unable to connect to the server. my brother in law play on his and most in my clan in coc play and have had no problems but it does seem as though there are a few wanna be players unable to connect

Lol weird coz I'm also using iphone 5s but got no problem with the server at all ever since I have a smooth connection and no lags but yeah I heard some players having the same problem as you, stucked in tutorial thing.. I guess they're still working out for it so better hold on or keep sending them tickets here: https://support.nexonm.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

I have the same issue but only on 3G. I can connect with WiFi but not with cell network. I'm using a MotoG 2gen Got this issue since one or two week

me too... Cannot work under Telus 3G. Canada...

Same problem it gets stuck in a loop if I use iPad connection of your being scouted your being attacked unable to connect etc , shut down an restart works for me, only have mobile data 4G Australia but if I use my phone as a hot spot for my iPad no problems got me
