Unable to open the game

One of my alliance member cant login till the maintenance ... Please is something to do ? He put more than 300$ in the game last week so its very frustrating. ..

This was done to make the game more enjoyable according to the Korean message board!

Strongbow is still locked out the game and hasn't received an answer from CS that offers any hope of a fix!

Why are STILL experiencing a major issue since the so called 'maintenance' event and drop out that followed! Here at The Aesir we are likely to see long standing players who have invested time and an inordinate amount of money into this game simply LEAVE!

And its the second player in my alliance who thats happen. .. both after an update... the first player was with us from the begining of the game and was very active so Please do something. ..
