Unbelievable bug one year not corrected

Please please please, why you don't correct this little easy issue under some android device ? It is very frustrated to play. We are tired to ask about zoom problem

Good to know, thank. But i'm not alone with this issue. We don't have this issue under Clash of clan.

I experience the same thing on the Amazon Fire 7 (5th gen.), which also has 1280x800 display. I'm considering trying an Xposed module that lets you manually force a different resolution to see if that corrects it.
