Unfair World War loss

Hi Folks!

I'm usually not one to complain on the forum, especially about a loss in WW. But, this time around I really was fed up with the issues plaguing World wars.

We had a war that we lost yesterday. Unjustly. One of our players added 2 stars to the tally with a 5 star attack over a stable Internet connection. He even used a couple of event troops as it was a tough target. However he got the circle of death after completing his attack. No issues from his end and we lost by the same 2 stars. We would have won the war.

Also, the team we faced were stackers with 3 low level, inactive filler accounts. We really feel cheated after the team worked so hard.

If we write to customer service, we are going to get a templatized response. That's of no help to us and won't bring back our loss.

Why do we still face so many connectivity issues in wars?

Why aren't you doing anything about stackers. Come on 3 fillers in a 15 member war?

Sorry you had such a bad experience. Ive not seen the network missing stars in months. But, I agree and am in the same boat with stacking/sandbagging. We face the same 20-30% sandbag every war. It often drops the average of the opponents team by 40 levels, meaning aside from our top few players, everyone faces either targets that are two ages higher than them, or are stuck clearing iron age bases for 5k loot. Its a terrible experience. The team you were facing doesnt have any excuse such as being too heavy to get matches, or so advanced all they can do is stalemate. Like 95% of teams that sandbag out there, they just use those accounts to manipulate matchups. It sucks.

Not sure why that's happening. I'll check into that. I'm sorry to hear about what happened in the war. Big Huge Games is always monitoring disconnects and trying to improve the system.

I know I've had issues with my sheild(nvidia) this past few weeks alongside DomiNations and it has cost me a few attacks(recorded on YT). But that's just harsh, I'm very sorry to hear about that

Yes, although it hasn't happened too often there is the occasional, important lost attack due to Nexon's server issues. Sandbagging is really becoming a menace And, once you're matched with a sandbagging team, there's very little you can do but wait until the war is over.

I'm still unable to post pics for some reason. I was able to even recently. Don't know why I wasn't able to yesterday. Very cumbersome to upload and post the links to photos.

I understand, Chris. Sorry about the trouble you're having. The ally wasn't recording in any way. It was a pure disconnect from Nexon's end.

We had something similar yesterday - fortunately it will not affect the war outcome.

Our player did a 5 star attack with circle of the doom at the end. There is nothing in the battle log about his attack. He can still attack the same target .- but now he has only one attack left...
So the attack was registered partly but not completely

It happened twice this week to us and made us lose the last two wars, always on our top attacker. Disappointing! Sad it happened to you too empire!

Oh Gosh! Sorry to hear that these kind of issues are plaguing your team, Wendy It's really annoying and like you said it's usually the attacks of the top players. Not sure how that happens. Top players and the most critical of attacks.

Jakob_888 Thank you for the kind words. Yes, it's not right that it can still happen and apparently has been happening to so many others too. I hope Nexon looks into the underlying issues and sorts it out for us soon.

Got it last week. 5* on a base, got the cercle of death, game restarted and ..poef..my stars not counted, no loot, ..ah yes, strangely, my attack WAS counted for, but not the result.
