Our latest war is against P.A.N.D.A.S. They have 18357 glory to our 20235, and our gain/loss is 81/-239. Seems reasonable, until you look at the line up. They have 24 Digital, 3 Space, 1 Cold War and 2 Atomic to our 9 DA, 4 SA, 3 CWA and 6 AA (the rest are IA to GP). And their DAs are not rushed; 17 are more than level 300. So how can such a powerful alliance have so little glory? Checking dominations.pl, they lost over 3000 glory a week ago, and we are their first opponents since then. They had been warring every 2 days before that, so I assume the week of without wars was not by choice. I suspect they were sanctioned for cheating.

So now we have an unwinnable war and we are going to lose 239 glory. I'm glad that cheating alliances are being punished, but by reducing their glory they will get easy matches and climb back into the top 100 fairly quickly, while their unlucky opponents drop down the rankings. I don't think BHG thought of that. I don't mind losing to them, but the amount of glory they gain/we lose should be reduced.

Report to CS you are unhappy about matching cheaters and want your glory back. Report them again. They can get permanently banned if they cheat again.

Yes, we have reported USSR Barbarians and 7 of their players got banned/rolled back. Alliance dropped from 399 to 1060.
I'm 100% it's not just us, plenty of other alliances got their Glory back.

Oh good to know, i have reported more than once cheaters and never got glory back, did u got your glory back after the war ended?

I reported them and they get their glory rolled back. Contact CS, Tell them, ask for investigation and you will be successful. Acting and posting on forum doesn’t help at all.

Also be aware that this is not the line up they used before roll back. Many of this players are new at the team, most of old Survivors got sanctioned. Act, don’t write.

Yes we got our Glory back 2 days later.

No point reporting players and alliances through Customer Service, they'll give you some unhelpful generic answers, instead send a ticket to VIP@bighugegames.com. Those guys don't mess about.
