University bug all updates froze at 1d 11h but all citizens are free
don't know what to do

Start another university research, then restart the game.

Research cost me 5000 oil and over a week. Admin has not responded. The Divinci research is still crashed.
And there are many others.
I hope this is fixed soon

kosno Did you opened a topic in the ingame CS? The start conversation is not allways visible you need to go one or 2 levels deep in the ingame customer support topics to be able to raise a ticket.

TinSoldier please help us with this. I've wasted countless resources trying to upgrade the university and now everything is stuck. You cancel it and restart for it to only be broken again. ticket was submitted and same generic answer of thanks we will look into it and then the GM closes the conversation. We deserve for at the minimum our resources to be replaced.

Hello there,
I'll be patient but i have this bug since a week or more, me too.
Citizens are free and the University is broken. It shows 1d11 remaining at each research and that i can finish for free, but it really cost 300 crowns. I can also abort and be half refund, it works then stuck again if i start another.
For now, i have 5 researches at the University that cannot be finished.
I like the game, thanks for the good work

Berend_War thanks there used to be a message option in the top layer it works if i open any of the topics
