I wish all Uni research increased XP like Library research does. Would help in WW matching and ranking

WW matchmaking already takes into consideration how much uni research has been completed from players. The little XP number doesn't make a difference.

I like that University research does not add XP. My enlightenment age base with maxed tower, mortar and defender research surprises (not in a nice way!) many an Industrial age attacker.

There is stuffs like 'fog of war' in a real war. Players or countries have hidden technology/weapons. Same should apply. No reason to show all. Else, it's borefest.

My 150 IA account has barely moved in xp in months! My lazy workers are whiling away their adolescence in university while my town has come to a standstill..

Do you have a source for this? Ive only noticed my rank in war being based off of my xp level.

How an Alliance’s War Ratings are Determined:
An Alliance’s World War strength is the average of the offensive and defensive ratings of each of the participating war combatants. Offensive rating is determined by the level of your troops, tactics, mercenaries, Generals, army library technologies, and army university skills. Defensive rating is determined by the level of your buildings (both defensive and non-defensive), traps, defensive library technologies and defensive university skills.
