I was banned last week for "suspicious activity.” Nexon is falsely accusing me of using a Crown Freeze hack.
I’ve emailed CSR and the forum moderators, without any real followup or explanation.
I am a completely legitimate player who has never cheated or used any sort of hack. I’ve played hours each day for the past 1/2 year and have steadily built up my base to level 110.
Nexon however has not responded to my numerous inquiries. I can detail exactly what I’ve used crowns for. My upgrade history, crown usage (and subsequent reduction in crowns) have been completely normal. Any review of my account and base will show I did not use any sort of hack.
I can only assume it was an error, and have given Nexon ample opportunity to correct the situation. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the non-response is unacceptable.
NEXON, PLEASE PROMPTLY REVIEW MY ACCOUNT AND RECONSIDER THE BAN (You can PM me for my account details)
I’ve dedicated a great deal of time and effort into this game and consider myself an ideal customer. Its insulting to be treated this way, when I know I am completely innocent.
I’ve reported numerous obvious cheats over the past few months, only to see nothing happen. I’ve reported numerous bugs and incorrect descriptions in the game…. and now I am being falsely accused and banned.
If this is happening to others, I hope they can speak out as well. I’d hate to lose my account, which i’ve dedicated a great deal of time to. I’d also hate for Nexon to lose other legitimate players, if this is happening to others.

Update (4:30pm PST 2/29/16): My account has been reinstated, due to a "one-off complication" on Nexon/BHG's side. I am appreciative of the review and understand mistakes do happen. I hope this is not affecting other legitimate accounts, and urge Nexon to review their banning process. There are a number of obvious hacked bases I'm sure we've all come across, and I hope those are the accounts that are taking up Nexon's efforts and time.
