Unlimited 4x B-17 Bomber

I was attacked twice in 24 hours from the same player and he always used 4x B-17 Bomber. He dont have NATO Hanger, and it also uses 5x Fighter.
A second player from the same alliance attacked me to at least twice with 4x B-17 Bomber, I have more reports of the same two player in Multi with a 4x B-17 Bomber. They have unlimited B-17 Bomber? I know that the B-17 Bomber has not been on sale for a long time.
This players are top 50 in leaderbord!
Where do they get B-17 Bombers to attack in Multi?
Maybe reset Leaderbord Players and Alliances!
I'm also the top 40 player and it's hard to fight here above. Perhaps with unlimited B-17 Bomber it would have been easier for me.

Troop cards ? I have 1 troop card with those bombers, with 4 spaces in the stronghold he can have 4 troop cards of bombers. It's expensive but looks possible.
