Hi Nathan, I see these sorts quite a bit with the Asian teams, please tell me why this is Dodgy?
So I can spot it more easily, I just thought it was Rushing through the ages, so not very high star count...

The screenshot provided by the op shows that the person has more than 14 workers upgrading. Very easy to see that's it is a hack. I've played this since April of last year, so I have a feel for when things are out of the norm.

This thread was started in January 2016. Over 4 years later, unlimited workers hack is as rampant as ever.

Hacker servers are thriving. The developer has long lost control of his game. I doubt they can master it.

What do you mean by "servers"? Can you elaborate?

Cheaters get everything they want through their own servers. They connect the client to such a server, pump accounts, take any troop-cards, crowns, etc. Then they return to the shared server, and oops! They are in the top.
And you will never have such museums, endless Eisenhowers, etc. to compete with them.. until you become a cheater yourself

The server (this is a program as service) is installed on the same device as the game app. Overall you're thinking in the right direction
