A fair review. There is basically nothing good about this update and a hell of a lot that is bad. You also missed the gem in the patch notes where Stronghold troops will spawn after the building is destroyed, which is pure pay to win.

As your attack showed Heal is a complete garbage tactic unless it is used on tanks or heavy tanks. 4% of a shooters health is about 20 a second, which won't help them survive even a single mortar much less any focused fire.

I think Decoy will be the go to tactic now, if you're device can handle it (my phone turns into a slide show the entire time it is out). at least until they "adjust" it to cost 2 spaces as well. As long as you don't drop it near an anti-tank gun it more or less lasts the duration, nicely groups defenders to be wiped out by your planes, and draws mortar fire away from your squishy ranged units.

I've always raided with full army to 100% without using tactics, so I'm somewhat ready for this, but I'm definitely going to have problems in war without the full range of tactics (typically 5 sab / 1 protect), as I often hit their toughest players. My lower age accounts and our alliance's lower players are going to be in big trouble without airplanes and tanks. This frankly is going to takie a lot of the fun out of war.

Our alliance is taking its first war pause since its inception. We've been going back to back for as long as I can remember, now we are going to take a break and assess. Partly due to players being busy, but frankly, we're bummed about this update. I worry that Nexon may have finally broken the game with it.

I'm pretty sure they meant that Stronghold will spawn donated by alliance members card troops when destroyed IN WORLD WAR. It's the only logical way to understand it.

What a senseless Update. The worst so far in two years. All new improvements are very difficult to understand.
the Most used tactics cost now Double.
don't give stupid tips to Players. They Play your Game since a While and now best, What to Upgrade.
A new winning System against sandbagging in worldwar? What a joke! Ties in WW hardly ever happen.

terrible Update! Get better soon! And Play your own game to know what is really wanted by your customer.

I love the tactic change - this hurt the OP rifle nations a lot harder than us French tanks :) So I love that one :)
I do not love the Stronghold spawning - I think that is ridiculous.... an insanely stupid move

I also like the way Amalie is set up. The problem here will not be the upgrade time but the costs... So this favours those who really play a lot - making them get something back for the hours they spend.
