Update Issues

I have an issue with this game. Since the update, I had problems donating troops, there is an extra attack from my alliance during war * no record of us making the attack*, and one of our opponents some how managed to damage one of my guys by 112% oppose to the normal 100%. How does someone get 112% destructive damage???????? I will provide a screenshot with the 112% in a little while.

I can't donate since update either. Looks like they fixed the issue of not seeing number or level of opponent generals though. I saw the percentage issue you are seeing in the past though so I think that is an issue in previous release

Thanks for the reply. I hope the extra 12% doesn't affect the scoring in case of a tie. I am just glad I reinforced all the war bases before the update.

We've seen these scores add stars in the past.. 6 star wins etc.. The attack itself shows 5, but the alliance total for war was given 6... Careful

I can't help you with the 112% thing, that's just odd, although we have seen 101% in our alliance... I did see a patch day survival guide that said that if the person requesting troops has not updated to the latest version of the game, anyone who has will not be able to donate troops to them. The fix is to try and get everyone in your alliance to update as quickly as possible. That SHOULD solve the problem. Something to do with the old and new versions of the game not playing nicely together in when it comes to donations and even attacks. Hope that helps!

You're welcome. We tested it in my alliance and those of us who have updated can donate to each other just fine. As for other issues, I have no clue what to tell you. Good luck though! And good luck with your war! Hopefully that mysterious 112% doesn't become the deciding factor.

I take that back. Whenever I go mobile with my phone I still get the spinning wheel of death. When I'm at home using my wifi connection everything works great! What on earth is going on here???

Did you try turning off your Wi-Fi on the phone when you're away from home? I had to do that, myself, with a few games.

There is screen lag and we have several alliance members experiencing connectivity issues. Some on multiple devices.
